A seasoned technology professional with extensive experience delivering solutions across industries in South Africa, Dawn is driving the creation of an AI-native business designed to operate across multiple sectors of the economy. The venture is built on three focus areas: Advisory Services, Project Delivery Services, and Product Development.

The five-year vision is bold: to establish one of Africa's leading AI services and product development companies, with capabilities spanning the full AI value chain—from strategy to execution.

At its core is the conviction that AI can serve as a national enabler—streamlining government services, reducing inefficiencies, empowering businesses, and strengthening communities.

My journey as an advocate has been dedicated to one core principle: navigating complexity to find just outcomes for people. From the intricacies of labour disputes and complex civil claims to corporate litigation and foundational constitutional challenges, my work has always been at the intersection of systems and the human beings they are meant to serve.

I see the coming wave of artificial intelligence not as a technological challenge, but as a profoundly human one. My vision is to ensure that our innovations are built with empathy and foresight. With a foundation in Labour Law, I bring a unique perspective on the profound impact AI will have on our workforce and society.

For three decades I have worked at the frontlines of technology, from the early days of mainframes and networks to the current wave of artificial intelligence. My journey has never been about chasing trends, but about recognising when an innovation is ready to shift from theory into impact—and then creating the frameworks to make that impact real.

Hassim brings over three decades of enterprise technology experience to VCB, with deep expertise in data centre infrastructure, virtualisation, and storage area networks. His surgical approach to business development—methodical, precise, and results-driven—makes him an invaluable addition to the leadership team.

With a career spanning industry leaders including Standard Bank (20 years as IT Manager), Hitachi Data Systems, First Distribution, and most recently LexisNexis as Head of Sales, Hassim understands both the technology landscape and the commercial realities of the South African market.

At VCB, Hassim is focused on building strategic partnerships and driving market expansion across our AI solutions portfolio. His extensive network and proven track record in enterprise sales positions VCB for accelerated growth in the emerging AI infrastructure market.

I am a Head of Marketing who leads with creativity, strategy, and heart. I build brands and teams that grow together, creating campaigns that connect with people, inspire action, and deliver real results.

The marketing landscape is moving fast, especially with the rise of AI. Staying aware of the competition, learning continuously, and adapting quickly are essential to staying ahead. One of my proudest achievements this past year has been prioritising my health - committing to yoga, cycling, and walking twice a week. It’s been a powerful reminder that consistency drives progress, both personally and professionally.

I am an accomplished, results-driven professional with over 34 years of experience in account development, management, and technical roles within leading global and local sales organizations. As a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver, I specialize in consultative selling, consistently exceeding targets while driving sustainable business growth.

My expertise includes planning and executing impactful sales and marketing programs, managing complex stakeholder relationships both nationally and internationally, and delivering persuasive technical and sales presentations. I thrive in multicultural environments, fostering collaboration across diverse teams to achieve key business objectives.

Throughout my career, I have partnered with major service providers, maintaining strong CXO-level relationships and delivering innovative solutions that create measurable value.

Brandon is an intern at VCB, working under the mentorship of the CTO and contributing to diverse technical projects. He is gaining hands-on experience in software development and technology, driven by a passion for exploring modern tools and understanding how systems are designed, developed, and scaled.

With a strong focus on writing clean, efficient code and an analytical approach to problem-solving, Brandon excels at breaking down complex challenges and creating effective solutions.
